Keraton Jimbaran Resort

Our stay at Keraton Jimbaran Resort was truly lovely and tranquil. The location is quite central, making it a great base for exploring all that Bali has to offer. The resort has a beautiful, traditional Balinese charm that we really appreciated. The staff were amazing—always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Beautiful hotel. It's old but some of the facilities are still well maintained, there are some concerns such as the smell of the drain in the bathroom (211), dusty corners of the room, stains on the sheets, and cleanliness of the floor. The staff in the lobby and cleaning service are very nice and friendly. Breakfast is quite good although limited variety. However, the staff who makes eggs is very arrogant, we are a Muslim family and asked whether they use pork or not, but was answered in a very curt and dismissive tone, after that, he kindly chatted and smiled nicely to the foreigners who approached him, a striking difference in attitude towards guests. Overall, this hotel is quite good with direct access to the beach and a very cheap price (USD 65/nights)

We had visited on Jan this year. We were excited this hotel. Because of a traditional resort. When we were checking in, the staff was leading to bad service. Because we are asian. Can you imagine that they are racism? How could they do that??? And also, we did complain that A/C were broken and leaking the water. Our bag was wet. They never say to apologize that. And we require that refunds the room price and laundry fee. We said that we cannot refund anything only change room. We were dissapointed and got horrible experience. FYI, this resort is more humidity than outside. And we heard that other customers said that wasn’t safety… we checked out.. went other resort😵‍💫… We are not recommend that visit this resort. No racism!!!!!!!!!
