Ketenci Hotel

The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are big and nicely decorated. The bathroom should have been a little bit more bigger. The breakfast was very good and it had a nice view to the pool. The staff that served the breakfast was nice and spoke English. The room had a balcony with a nice view to the city. What I haven't enjoyed at all was the "welcoming". I haven't had encountered such a "welcoming"anywhere. The receptionist asked me very inappropriate questions like if the person I was with was my boyfriend or a relative and after he asked this he said he only wanted to know that because he wanted to know what type of room should he offer us. He also stood in front of our trunk until we took out the luggage and he grabbed the luggage and the car key and said he only wanted to help. The hotel has just a few parking spots (I guess somewhere around 10) although it's a very big hotel with hundreds of rooms. I was tented to offer less stars at this review but I guess it's just about one man and the parking spots and also the door lock from the balcony that was about to fall, but the hotel itself and the other staff was really nice.

Rude and non understanding front desk. Limited English. I rented a room for a friend to stay the night that her flight was delayed. But wanted to leave a few luggage’s for a few hours in the room. He kept saying that 2 people stay in the room. Me and a 2 otter friends were kicked out of the room as soon as we went to leave luggage there for a few hours to walk before heading to the airport. English(something the front desk should know) and politeness was missing!

They don’t welcome you when you arrive . I have seen better hotels. We missed the breakfast but they didn’t offer anything to eat. From the flight we paid 1 day extra without staying in hotel. So 1 day paid for nothing even though they didn’t provide us anyfood. They have poor breakfast very simple staff there. Not very clean rooms. I saw hair on the sheets. They need to clean the rooms daily. The reception is not very helpful. Only good part os location as it is on the main road close to shops . That was the reason we chose the hotel. The onthebeach team there is scammer. Be careful.
