Kette Hotel

This place is amazing! From the time of check in to check out they were so accommodating! We asked about getting a ferry over to Murano. They arranged a pick up from the hotel for free with a free tour of the glass factory! Everything about this hotel is great. Great location. Great customer service. If I return to Venice this is where I will stay!

Just had a fantastic 3 nights stay in Venice before our cruise and wanted to commend the Kette Hotel for giving us a wonderful experience. The staff could not have been more accommodating and Matteo in particular was especially wonderful. Anything we needed he was always able to accommodate. When we got there we had a number of steps to get to our room and my Mum has a walker so they were happy to move our room to somewhere we didn’t have any steps. We even had a free trip to Murano Island as a courtesy of the hotel, Definitely would recommend a stay at this hotel and the location is quite central. Lovely little hotel! Rooms are old fashioned in style which suits the area and the hotel. Rooms was very clean and had all we needed. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was good although no hot food was served. No bar in hotel at this time. Very handy for st marks square and all the sites. Don’t walk from the train station like we did! It’s not fun with suitcases. Used the vaperetto to get back which was cheap and easy to use. A private taxi boat was 85 euro so we decided against that!!
