Keystone Hôtel & Spa

Absolutely loved our stay at the Keystone Hotel & Spa for a well-deserved mom’s night away with longtime friends. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully appointed, and the staff was courteous and welcoming from start to finish. We especially enjoyed spending time at the spa after our arrival—it was the perfect way to unwind. The breakfast buffet was generous and offered a great variety of options. While we didn’t use it, having a restaurant on-site added extra convenience. One small suggestion: the jacuzzi and hammam area could benefit from better towel service. Large towels were scarce during our visit—either providing more or having staff stop by regularly to replenish them would really improve the experience. Most of all, it was a joy to catch up and relax together, away from the usual routines and responsibilities. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

Hotel is located close enough to main activities and very close to public transport. The receptionist said was warm, welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were clean, although I didn't go searching for dust under the bed or above furniture like some of the reviewers. We were allocated a room next to the lift that was immediately concerning, however, the room had an interior door and the lift wasn't heard at all with it closed. Indeed, even with it open the lift was barely audible. The room overlooked the peaceful corridor. Air conditioner functioned well. For the two people the room was acceptably sized.

Modern and nice hotel. We arrived 3 hours early and without any hesitation the host gave us a different room, that's great service. We were treated with nothing but respect. Would definitely book again!
