Incredible community up North. Located near Lebanon and the Metulah Valley. Stunning area overlooking the chula valley and Mt Hermon and Syria. Must visit.
Perfect for a weekend getaway. Beautiful, quiet & fun. Highly recommended.
My family and I stayed at the hotel from April 7th to 13th 2023 during the passover vacations, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The kids' activities were enjoyable, and our children had a great time participating in them. However, I want to share my feedback regarding my dietary restrictions. As a pregnant woman with Gestational Diabetes, my food options are limited, and I had informed the hotel of this two weeks prior to our stay through numerous phone calls and emails. I even sent a menu with suitable options to the מנהל מזומש-דגנית, who confirmed receipt of the email. On a positive note, I had a fantastic experience with the morning chef, Sihan. She was amazing and made an effort to understand my dietary needs. When I asked for suggestions on what I could eat, she offered to make me a special פשטידה every day, which was made without flour and only with vegetables and eggs. She checked in on me every day to ensure that the meal was satisfactory, and I appreciated her care and attention to detail. However, I had a completely different experience with the night chefs. They showed me what was available every day, but it was frustrating to see that they didn't make an effort to remember my food limitations despite my repeated reminders. One evening, when my husband went to complain that there was nothing for me besides salads, one of the chefs even got upset. They didn't offer to make anything special for me, even though I had sent them menu options via email. As a paying guest, I was disappointed that the hotel didn't take the time to consider the dietary needs of their guests. The sign in the dining room stating "Let us know if you have food allergies" seems insincere when the hotel didn't seem to care about special dietary requirements, especially for pregnant women who need proper nutrition. Overall, I appreciate the effort made by the morning chef, but I hope that the hotel can improve their service in this area for future guests.
