Kfar Maccabiah Hotel and Suites

This hotel is more like a resort. I only wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of all there was to do. Very modern, clean and professionally run. Just outside Tel Aviv and less than an hour drive to Jerusalem.

Centrally located to Tel Aviv and surrounding areas, as well as Ben Gurion Airport. We were there for a pre-wedding weekend, and family members stayed additional days. Suite was spacious and comfortable, staff were cordial and accomodating, and buffet meals were abundant with much variety. Great for families and groups.

Entrance to the heated pool only from 4 o'clock (after fifteen minutes we left because there was poop floating) The regular pool was very cold and closed on the second day of our stay at 1:00 PM because of a holiday, I have never encountered anything like this in a hotel. The room was dirty, the sliding wardrobe in the room was unsafe, wobbly and not on the rail, there was an alarm very early in the morning and the child missed, I called the reception and they did not come to replace it at all despite the request. The food was mediocre The jacuzzi and gym located in the village were not allowed to be used by hotel guests. On the positive side, the hotel staff were professional and positive. The view from the room was surprising in the middle of a big city, and the proximity to Yarkon Park provided the option for great evening walks.
