Khalidia Palace Hotel Dubai by Mourouj Gloria

31 July 2025: Me and my wife stayed for 2 nights to celebrate her birthday. The hotel is excellent in everything; the room, service, staff politeness, even the lobby. Creek View restaurant staff made a surprise birthday party for my wife with a complimentary delicious cake. Thanks to Mr. Wahid, Ms. Sundoni and Mr. Niten for accommodating the party. I also tried the open buffet dinner before the birthday party, the Indian cuisine is so tasty. Special thanks to the shift Manager Mr. Ahmad Hisham for the huge hospitality and his support with our reservation issue with Agoda (never will be dealing with Agoda again!) you made our stay at Khalidia palace memorable and we will be back again In Sha Allah in February 2026 for celebrating our marriage anniversary. Would like to also thank the reservation staff Mr. Darsana and Ms. Sophia for their hospitality. Thanks to the morning shift staff who accommodated the breakfast open buffet which we tried this morning; Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Ra'afat. The hotel in general has highly qualified staff everywhere (reception, reservation, restaurant, service, cleaning .. all). Thank you so much. We're leaving tomorrow back to Ajman, but will be back in Feb In Sha Allah.

We recently hosted an event in the hotel's ballroom and were thoroughly impressed. The space was elegant, spacious, and perfectly maintained — ideal for both formal and festive gatherings. The food exceeded expectations, with a diverse and flavorful menu that our guests couldn’t stop complimenting. Every dish was beautifully presented and served at just the right temperature. What stood out most was the service — attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. The staff specially Mr. Wahid made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended for any special occasion!

Its our first time and had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Front desk staff warmly welcome us and check in process was smooth and effecient. Facility was top-notch! (Hopefully you will maintain and keep the standard) and the best thing was we upgraded to suite room which was very modern and cozy. Will surely be back soon. :) thumbs up! Keep it up!
