Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana

Our stay was truly unforgettable. The pool and beach access were excellent, the room was spacious, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve chosen for a staycation. The food also stood out—it was the best we’ve experienced among all the Rotana hotels we’ve visited. A special mention to Vanessa from F&B, who was very accommodating. She was the only staff member who informed us about the kids’ dining area for my toddler, who wasn’t comfortable in the main buffet. This made a huge difference for us, as it allowed him to enjoy his meal while we could walk around the buffet comfortably. Unfortunately, although many staff saw me carrying my child while managing my own plates, no one else mentioned this option.

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was super friendly and service-oriented. The jet ski ride we took can be booked directly at the hotel, and it was quite an experience — absolutely worth it. Only one thing to be aware of: it is a dry hotel. We didn’t really notice that before booking, but the money we saved on alcohol we spent on activities, and it was totally worth it. Overall, we can really recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff all around the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and even playing with the kids, which made the atmosphere so warm and welcoming(thank u amino , Rona ,and anotther curly woman {sorry forgot your name , maybe Marta }). The kids’ club was nice and enjoyable, and the food was decent, though it could use a little improvement. In the afternoon, the pool area becomes shaded, which makes it very pleasant and relaxing. Overall, great value for the price – we will definitely come back again! :)
