An amazing experience in a village that hasn't been officially recognized by the Israeli government. Khalil has been an amazing host, telling us about his way of life and his fights as a Bedouin and an Israeli. Dinner was homemade by Khalil's family and was absolutely excellent. It came with homemade za'atar, olives from the garden and homemade olive oil.
This was a wonderful experience. Khalil and his family have told us a lot about Bedouin life in different aspects - cultural, social and political. We were able to see how sustainable is the life at their place and we've also tried some amazing local dishes during dinner and breakfast. It was great and we strongly recommend it!
Such a beautiful place to stay! In addition to the good accommodation, Halil told us a lot about the Bedouin life. Also the food (dinner and breakfast) was great. As a group we stayed in the big Bedouin tent next to the families house.
