Khaolak Bhandari Resort & Spa

We had a truly lovely stay at this hotel! The room was clean, cozy, and well-prepared, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We also really enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and relaxing, great for a quiet break during the afternoon. Bee, Nina, and Dear at the reception were absolutely wonderful, smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

We stayed in Rm 129, from the 13th of June for 6 days before going to Patong we should have spent our whole holiday at Bhandari. All the staff especially the girls on the reception desk (I have lost their names along with the owner's name) had the brightest of smiles and only too happy to map our day out with a driver and suggestions as where to go, even where to eat. The highlights of their suggestions was the Rescue Elephants and Buffet dinner with a fire show at La Vela, both were fantastic. The staff who looked after us for happy hour, full of smiles and happy to keep giving us buckets of ice. Bhandari made our Thailand holiday memorable, a big Thank you to all the staff. Much, much better than most 4 star hotels in Thailand. An amazing breakfast selection for free, decently priced restaurant and bar and a very green resort. There is the "oriental" wing for adults (no kids allowed) and the regular wing welcomes everyone. If you love oriental design and spacious rooms, go for the regular wing, if you want direct access to a beautiful pool right out of your balcony, go for the oriental wing. You can keep a tab on your room up to 30k Baht, which is nice when you're lounging on hotel grounds without your wallet or phone. The staff was super welcoming and helpful and I commend that they train their interns very well. A special mention goes out to Carlos (พี่นัท) who was not only exceptional at planning and making sure every request was handled with great coordination, but became a dear friend in the process.
