Very nice hotel in the centre of Kyiv. Very clean. A few metres from Maidan Nezalezhnosti. Though there were power cuts in the city, the hotel didn’t seem to be affected.” “Good location, great service and breakfast, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. It was a pleasant experience.”
I stayed for more than 10 days. The hotel room was nice. Also the sheets and towels were clean. We also had no problems with hot water and electricity outages.
Rooms and location are good, but several items were stolen from bags in our room!!! When we told the reception, and even had a time window on less than two hours for when it happened, they refused to help.
