Very rude management and difficult to deal with. I arrived and the reservation that I made through them was gone and the only option I had was more expensive with the exact same features. Just a scam to get more money out of you in my opinion. These are the types of people that ruin travel experiences

I made a reservation in advance through booking, two days later they canceled the reservation, for example, because the payment by card did not go through, although everything was fine with the card, I even checked through the bank. I managed to contact the accommodation on the tenth attempt, because they did not answer either messages or calls, when they finally picked up the phone they spoke very rudely, at first they just started shouting that the payment did not go through and that is why they canceled the reservation, when I suggested trying again, because before that I had already checked with the bank that everything was ok, they started saying that, for example, repairs are planned in the apartment on the selected dates because there is some problem with the electricity... When asked why they simply did not call and did not say about the repairs, but started making up something about slow payment, they hung up. Terrible service and attitude towards customers, I do not recommend using the services of their network 😡
