It's a hotel that doesn't actually exist. I paid through Agoda and went there, but it wasn't in this location, and the Sangsang Hotel across the street had been converted into a Sangsang Fruit Shop. I was scammed and no refund from Agoda. The only local cafe operating at this location I hope others don't get fooled
