Kichijoji Excel Hotel Tokyu

Great location, near lots of shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent breakfast (fresh grapefruit segments every morning? What a luxury!). The rooms were a little dated but they were clean and comfortable. Speaking of comfortable, the pyjamas/roomwear were so soft and supple!

Great location and lovely neighbourhood, very clean room, fitness centre available for use but what made our experience incredible was the exceptional service this hotel provided! Our luggage delivery to our next hotel went amiss (not the fault of Kichijoji Excel Hotel Tokyu) and when it was being sent back to this hotel, they contacted me as soon as possible to assist with redelivery. Without me having to request for any assistance, they went out of their way to contact the following hotel we would be staying at to ensure that our luggage delivery would not be declined again. They were so helpful during a time of stress for us and we cannot thank the staff of this hotel enough for their impeccable service. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Tokyo!

Very nice stay, hotel employees were very helpful and kind going above and beyond to help us secure a jumbo taxi for the trip to Narita international. Nakayama San was especially helpful with that task. Checking to be sure we would know when the taxi would arrive. The hotel is clean, centrally located very close to kitchjoji station and many restaurants and stores. It was exactly what we needed for our travel needs. Arigatou !!!!!
