Kili Seasons Hotel

We stayed here with a couple of friends and had the best experience ever. The staff welcomed us with a smile on their face and were always prepared to help us. The food was very delicious and reasonably priced. Managers are heart-warming people who care for their guests. Rooms and interior are clean, spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.

The most beautiful location, staff and hotel. Every time we go its like walking into paradise/heaven. Great food, drinks, service and always kept wonderfully clean. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Very easy to talk with and kind. Perfect place to relax by a pool and sip a drink during your trip. Will definitely be going back again and again.

This hotel is understaffed and poorly run that we couldn't wait to leave. It looks great in photos but isn't maintained well. A lot of things didn't work in the rooms. Even the door of my bathroom didn't work and I broke my finger trying to close it! When we called the manager, he said he didn't have a first aid kit, luckily some of the guests staying there had one. The hot water and Internet in our villa wasn't working for the first 2 days of our stay. The AC in my grandma's room was completely broken and they didn't fix it during our 4-day stay. There was no turn down service for the room and no water was provided for guests as they had mentioned so we were scrambling to buy water in the middle of nowhere. It was a cashless resort but their Internet wasn't working so we weren't even able to buy water as we weren't able to pay using our card. Basic necessities were lacking at this "resort". There are many other hotels that have impeccable service and are well maintained. Any requests for cleaning, maintenance, or support took hours . On a positive note, the kitchen staff and housekeeping were kind and friendly.
