Killarney Heights Hotel

We had a lovely 1 night stay. Room was large and to a high standard, plush with tea and coffee included. Loved the balcony door! Beds very comfortable and a lovely bathroom. Check-in staff very helpful and friendly. Food and service in the restaurant in the evening was fantastic and well cooked. Plenty of parking when we arrived. Would highly recommend and stay on future visits to Ireland. Location was excellent and in close driving distance to the national park and Ross Castle.

Myself and my partner went for a drink in the hotel bar recently, thinking it would be a nice place as it is an impressive building and has four star rating. The bar and restaurant staff do not match that rating, so we left after one drink. Now I realise why there was very few in there after nine on a Friday night.

Rooms aren’t bad yes the beds are very comfortable cant fault that.mini fridge,tea/coffee etc. bath&shower all very clean. Room stuffy and couldn’t leave the window open as the noise from the traffic passing the hotel was unbearable. We went to order food in the restaurant and after 45 minutes of eating for our food we were told we hadn’t ordered even tho the waiter came too or order and even came back with water for the table. We just need up getting a soup as we were starving from the journey there and then this, thankfully there’s a supermarket next door. Over €200 to stay here and that doesn’t include breakfast. Staff aren’t bad just need more attention to detail.
