We arrived on Saturday with the 2 kids and got married in the function room on Monday. Tara, Donal and all the staff couldnt do enough for us. Everything was perfect. Every single person at the wedding complimented the beauty of the hotel, the helpfulness of the staff and the quality and amount of food. Top top class. We've been before as well and well definitely stay again. A lot of our family and friends have also stated that they will be back to stay again. The hard work, dedication and attention to detail is evident all over the hotel
Lovely hotel. Food was great and decent sized portions. Place was booked out the day we arrived for a wedding and other local events. But it was an enjoyable stay and it had a great atmosphere.
I strongly recommend NOT to go to this hotel due to the extremely poor service. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes for my food to arrive, even when the waitress/waiter lied and said it would be 30 mins at most. They also refused to reduce the price at the end for the long and unnecessary wait. Overall it was a terrible experience for me, I'm definitely never going there again.
