Killdeer Lane 6

We had a great stay at Motel 6 – much better than other locations we've tried! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt freshly renovated. It was a bit noisy due to thin walls, but not a major issue. We stayed on the ground floor and felt completely safe. One thing we really appreciated: we could actually open the window, and there were mosquito screens installed – a rare and welcome detail. There were quite a few guests with dogs, and we even saw complimentary dog food available at the front desk – a thoughtful touch for pet owners!

The stay was clean and nice. The beds are older and not terribly comfortable. The AC units cool it down ok, took a while but worked fine. The bathrooms are clean, plenty of towels. Safe place, not run down, nice receptionist. Would stay again.

The front desk person was so nice while we checked in. But when we got the room, the floor and the tops of counters were really filthy. We had to use the towels provided to wipe the countertops and use the towels to scoot across the floor while barefoot. The walls were peeling. The AC smelled moldy and stale. I have an itchy rash on my whole body today after our one night stay last night. Would not recommend unless you’re desperate.
