Disappointing Experience – Not What It Used to Be I went for a special dinner with friends recently and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor — we had to constantly remind the waitress just to get our drinks. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. I had specifically requested my steak to be medium well, but it was served well done. This wasn’t my first time dining here, and I had high expectations based on previous visits. Sadly, the drop in service and food quality has changed my opinion. I’m genuinely disappointed and, at this point, I don’t think I’ll be recommending this place anymore.

My first stay the place is incredible there was a shoot today to update the website. Unfortunately there was hair in my food and all I got was "sorry my darling" and 3hrs later a call to follow up if I sent my proof of payment. The condition was my room will be reserved only when the proof of payment is recieved prior to checking in. Beautiful place but an appauling service!!! Even though it doesn't have family rooms I considered it for our trip in few months...Definitely not returning.
