Kimpton Aysla Mallorca by IHG

The Kimpton Hotel was truly magnificent!! It was so zen and relaxing with beautiful meals and calm surroundings. I have never experienced such an impressive spread at breakfast. The Asian and Mediterranean menus were superb. The waiting staff were polite and service was relaxed and prompt. The hotel was a little way out of Santa Ponsa but each time we asked for someone to arrange a taxi one of the bell boys took us instead. The room was excellent and cleaned twice daily with nice little touches such as a chocolate being left on our pillow at night. The gardens were very well maintained and full of herbs which were used in the meals prepared. The pool area was immaculate and no issues with sun beds at all. We used the adult only pool which was lovely and clean. There was also an indoor pool and spa with sauna, steam room and salt cave. My only slight criticism was the lack of water stations in communal areas. We only found one by the indoor pool. We did a painting class which was complimentary and such fun. It has even encouraged me to take up art again after many years! The staff could not do enough for us. Too many to name. I do have to mention Lisa who was such a wonderful young lady who we saw most evenings as she served wine to us at the complimentary wine tasting each evening. She looked after us so well and was so very professional and a credit to Kimpton. Also Junie and Lucy for their daily help and advice to me and my husband Alan. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The bell boys were also a credit to the hotel as were all the catering staff. The spa was also excellent and my husband and I enjoyed several massages during our stay. I fell asleep for 12 hours after mine ! The hotel manager was very friendly and professional and he should be proud of himself and his team. Thank you for our best holiday ever. We will be back !!

My husband and I have now stayed here twice and we absolutely love it. The hotel feels like a mini slice of heaven. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and you instantly feel the luxury when you walk into the lobby or any of the buildings. The grounds are stunning and super relaxing. The spa, pools, restaurants, all gorgeous, peaceful, and such a restorative atmosphere. And the staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful. We truly love this hotel and will be back.

A slice of heaven at Kimpton Mallorca 🌴✨ Just spent the most incredible few days at Kimpton Mallorca and I can honestly say… I didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, the energy was pure calm luxury. Every detail from the welcoming staff to the thoughtfully designed spaces — felt like a deep exhale. The rooms are dreamy (hello, cloud-like beds 😍), and the entire hotel has that perfect balance of laid-back elegance and island soul. Mornings were made for yoga or slow coffees by the pool, afternoons spent exploring the coast or dipping into the sea, and evenings… well, let’s just say the sunsets hit differently here. This was our second time to the hotel and they are very child friendly too. A huge thank you to the incredible team who made our stay feel so personal — it truly felt like a sanctuary. Kimpton, you’ve got it so right. Can’t wait to return. 💫
