Such a great location near shopping, restaurants, and Japan Town! The hotel has been charmingly renovated. The service was above expectations. Beyond pet friendly…pet welcoming with treat bags and swag!!! Good morning coffee service and wine happy hours. Can’t wait to come back.

I stayed at Enso while traveling for work. (In San Fran for a New York Times work event). After checking-out, I realized I accidentally left my fancy, designer prescription glasses in my room. (!) In desperation, I reached out to the Enso front desk (who were always pleasant during my stay). Within hours, Enso hotel staff confirmed they had my glasses. Within a few days, my glasses arrived to my front door via mail. Ed, Alex and their team did an amazing job of communicating with me every step of the process. As someone who travels often for work and personally, I would be thrilled if every hotel staff were as attentive, professional and kind as Alex and Ed. Thank you all for restoring my faith in hotels and their teams. I highly recommend Enso - rooms were clean, beds were big and comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful. Kudos to Ed, Alex and team - thank you all so much!!
