Kimpton Hotel Eventi by IHG

Kimpton Eventi has become our go-to every time we’re in New York, and for good reason. The rooms are consistently spotless, spacious (a rarity in the city), and thoughtfully designed with a rustic-modern aesthetic that feels both stylish and comfortable. There’s real attention to detail here—from the cozy lighting to the oversized bathrooms—and you never feel cramped the way you do in most Manhattan hotels. The service is what keeps us coming back. Big shoutout to Wen, who found my earrings while vacuuming and left them safely in the bathroom for me—such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Celine has always been incredible, offering spot-on food recommendations and a warm welcome every time. The front desk staff, across the board, are kind, accommodating, and genuinely go out of their way to make us feel taken care of. This time, they gave us a lovely high-floor room with great views. Location-wise, Eventi is hard to beat. You’re walking distance to so many major spots—Flatiron, Chelsea, Koreatown, Hudson Yards—and there’s great food, coffee, and shopping all around. It feels central without feeling chaotic. Every stay here feels effortless, and we’re already looking forward to the next one.

Fantastic stay again. This is our second stay at the Kimpton Eventi and for us the location is very convenient. The staff are all very friendly and Eventi excels where I find the many hotels fail with housekeeping and the ability to make requests and have them execute quickly and correctly. Well done Team Eventi.

Zero chance this is a four or five star hotel in New York City. While the ballet service guys are super nice and Friendly, almost every other thing is wrong about this hotel. Let’s start with the coffee. Coffee service starts at 7 AM? And there is no in room coffee. If you’re talking with the money also have no goals in life, I guess that’s fine, but most of the working population of the world is up well before then and on their way getting stuff done. I really could go on and on but we’re gonna stick with one hotels next time because that’s always been consistent
