Kimpton Hotel Fontenot by IHG

My new favorite hotel in NOLA. Great location. Service was superb. Syrupy sweet and at a southern pace. Rooms were very good. Beds linens and pillows were all very nice. Roomy bath. Very classy little lounge in the lobby for a cocktail. My family and I had several rooms and we all agreed we liked the hotel a lot.

From check-in to check-out, my stay was outstanding. The staff greeted me warmly, recognized my loyalty status, and made me feel genuinely welcome. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable—clearly well cared for. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights for my family reunion. The staff was great the entire time. The hotel property is beautiful and host multiple different restaurants and bars. Some of them very elaborately decorated and just great to have a cocktail without even leaving the building. The rooms were nicely appointed and very roomy. Location was safe and close to a lot of different things. I would definitely stay here again.
