Drake at front desk was superb! Helpful, friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Our bed was comfy which made for a good night's rest. Hotel was hosting a wedding party so it was busier than expected, but everyone accommodated the situation, especially at elevators. The hotel is located in perfect spot to easily walk to restaurants and shops. We will definitely return!
Great spacious rooms. Lots of amenities. Went to the restaurant for breakfast. The food was great. The service was not. A big breakdown of priorities when the server won’t get your drink after three times asking. We had a difficult time getting all that we ordered. Other than that the hotel was great.
Nice 4-star hotel. Good furnishings. Nice decor. Comfortable beds. Seems very secure -- front doors locked at night. Good coffee in the lobby in the morning. No parking, valet only. There's terrific water pressure and flow from the shower -- truly unusual. The only negative is that I can't figure out why they charge a $30 "amenity" fee. There's no pool, no hot tub, no gym, no view, no included breakfast. This place is pretty nice, but its not got any included "amenities" worth itemizing a separate charge. Doing so just begs questions....
