Gorgeous, beautiful, spacious rooms with stunning views of the Third Ward. Friendly, welcoming, gracious staff. Staff is very attentive and made us feel at home. Our stay here was memorable. Perfectly located with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

It was our first stay at the this hotel and we stayed a Saturday night. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and the pillows were awesome! I want to add Louis was always one step ahead of us with his positive attitude and impeccable service! We would stay here again and again!

I booked a package suite for my son’s wedding night that included “chocolate and bubbly” delivered to the suite. Three days later I spoke to my son and learned that it was not delivered. I called the hotel to informed them; and was questioned over and over. Basically, the person who answered the phone did not believe me. I told him how disappointed I was in their service and hanged up. I understand the room was beautiful. And I am glad my son and his wife enjoyed it. I am just extremely disappointed with their customer service.
