Kimpton La Peer Hotel by IHG

Loved our trip! Please give two belhops a raise who checked us in + the one who gave my son a fist bump. He was awesome. Also, the housekeeping woman who cleaned our room the first evening. Left the sweetest note for my son. This was a wonderful little getaway from home. Quick trip with two littles to Universal. Lots of restaurants nearby and Uber Eats easy to use and cute park for kiddos and library nearby. Splendid food and vanilla lattes with our wonderful server every morning. Thankful for the endless kombucha and cold brews too. Honestly surprised more people weren’t here! Thankful for you all!!!

Every staff member provided perfect, friendly, helpful customer service. The indoor and outdoor lounge areas are ultra-relaxing, well kept up and maintained. The outdoor area felt like an oasis of calm. The bed was super comfy. The room was airy and clean. I'm definitely staying here again.

I had a very challenging stay, but RJ, the valet attendant, completely turned things around for me. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to help out. His kindness definitely made a difference, and he’s a gem at this hotel. I also want to give a very special shout out to the gentleman who came to atleast try to help with A/C as he was so incredibly pleasant and KIND. These two gents are the real stars of the show and the ONLY white glove service you will get, NOT concierge sadly.
