The most beautiful hotel! Epic newly finished 3 year (closed) renovation. Modern luxury. Beautiful art, books, smells & thoughtful touches. Cool staff. Here with two teens (12&14), and the room was absolutely perfect. Centre lounge, two bedrooms either side. Dining superb, beds super comfortable, shower & amenities stunning. You are 12m from Marbella old town (driving), which is fine as it is just for a visit in any case.

If you are planing your stay in Marbella do not hesitate and book Kimpton Los Monteros. The hotel design is outstanding, our Suite had stunning sea view and was perfectly clean. However what I would like to appreciate the most is the hospitality from the dedicated staff. You can feel like a part of family and every small detail was addressed during our stay when required. Wonderful recongniton of the diamond status in the IHG. The breakfast was delicious and the buffet offers great variability so we never got bored of the food! It takes only 10 min by car to reach the beautiful city of Marbella. If you are looking for a grasp of luxury and at the same time in the relaxed atmosphere the Kimpton Marbella is the perfect place to stay! Highly recommended.

Frustrating Experience Before the Stay – Misleading Info and No Flexibility I haven’t even arrived at this hotel yet, and I’m already deeply disappointed. The website suggests a relaxing vacation with access to beaches, tennis, padel, and more—but what it doesn’t make clear is that all of these amenities come at an extra charge. Even basic beach access and sports facilities are not included, despite being prominently advertised. What’s worse is the location—right beside a busy highway. That’s not mentioned clearly anywhere and is definitely not what you expect when booking what’s marketed as a beach getaway. To top it all off, this is a brand-new hotel that didn’t even exist at the time of booking, and yet they won’t allow cancellations. It feels incredibly unfair to lock guests in under misleading terms for a property that was still under development at the time. The lack of transparency and flexibility is really disappointing from such a large brand.
