Kimpton Maa Lai Bangkok by IHG

Was lucky to stay here few days while work. Everything went great, from the staff, the room, the amenities, the laundry services, the breakfast buffet… Hotel well connected near lots of F&B around, but don’t miss the ones you can find in the property: Craft, Stock Room, Bar Yard… each a different concept and very well executed. Will be back.

I stayed here for 3 nights. I could say everything here is perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast are tasty with variety of choices. The hotel is modernly designed. You could request for tiny stuff like hair band to pillows from housekeeping. They offer shuttle bus service to Chit Lom station. I would definitely choose this hotel again when comes back. ฉันมีความสุขมาก. ขอบคุณมาก

The hospitality and service of Kimpton Maa-Lai ‘s staff is truly exceptional. Every dept you go to, from receptionist, room cleaning, breakfast, kitchen crew, concierge, EVERYONE is going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We are a new parent travelling with a 9m old and this is exactly the place we will come back over and again. Breakfast Buffet is EXCEPTIONAL with a wide spread spoilt for choices and deliciously made. Room is cozy and the hotel provides varies amenities for baby. (Although the bath tub did leak once but it was cleaned up very soon after) Having just visited Mandarin Oriental last month, I have to say my choice and the clear winner is Kimpton!
