Booked this hotel for a stay for a concert. The hotel itself is in a good location with plenty of bars, restaurants, nightclubs. The decor and vibe was modern industrial very luxurious feel. Rooms were spacious clean and very comfortable bed and great view. The shower was a bit of a awkward design as it only had half of a glass panel covering the stand in shower. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to more future stays.
I recently stayed at the Kimpton Pittman Hotel and had a mixed experience. The valet staff were outstanding—quick, polite, and consistently attentive. Similarly, the front desk team was top-notch, making check-in seamless and handling every request with professionalism. Their hospitality truly stood out. However, I was very disappointed with the housekeeping. Despite staying multiple nights, our room was never properly cleaned. Even after requesting service, the trash bins weren’t emptied, and we weren’t provided with enough fresh towels. We had to call the front desk just to get basic essentials like clean towels delivered. On top of that, on our final night, we returned to find cushions placed near the bed that we hadn’t requested, which felt careless and confusing. While the property is beautiful, the lack of consistent housekeeping really took away from the experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. The front-of-house teams are doing a fantastic job, but they’re being let down by poor execution behind the scenes.
I checked into this hotel earlier in the day without issue, but when I returned later that evening, the experience completely fell apart. The valet was nowhere to be found and left me standing outside for over 10 minutes. When he finally returned to the stand, Christian did so without any acknowledgment or assistance. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. When I finally went inside around 11pm, the front desk staff didn’t greet me, ask if I needed help, or even acknowledge me. I decided I’d leave and no one asked if anything was wrong or offered to assist. It was clear that guest service is not a priority here. I ended up leaving and not staying the night. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who expects basic courtesy or competence.Motel 6 would offer better service.
