Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs Hotel by IHG

I travel frequently for work, and this hotel is now at the top of my list. Everything worked perfectly — fast check-in, great room lighting for work, lots of plug sockets, and a very comfortable bed. I also liked the 24-hour room service. After a long day of meetings, it’s a luxury to have a hot meal delivered to your room without stress. Cleanliness was top-notch too. Highly professional in every aspect.

If I could give this hotel a higher rating I would. Not only is it a gorgeous hotel, what made my stay was the service… specifically a manager named David. I was up for a girls weekend celebrating my birthday and David waited on us one morning for breakfast in the lobby restaurant. His service and drinks were on point and he was honestly SO funny and just a pleasure to be around. We saw him up at the pool later that day and again, he went out of his way to make my birthday feel extra special. David is what made this stay memorable. Needless to say, I hope every Kimpton has a manager like David because he made a good experience GREAT! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, we had a blast!

Palm Springs is lovely and this hotel suits it. Some rooms have lovely balconies and the hotel is generally a good vibe. It has a good gym and an amazing pool with a rooftop bar. I would definitely recommend.
