The Kimpton Hotel in Tokyo is, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Japanese hospitality is already renowned worldwide, but at Kimpton, it’s taken to another level with a warmth and sincerity that’s truly rare. The hotel itself is stunning. The modern, sophisticated decor creates a welcoming atmosphere, while every space is impeccably clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. The beds are extremely comfortable, the bath amenities are premium, and the attention to detail in the design makes the space feel exclusive and cozy. The location is also excellent, offering easy access to Tokyo’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious and beautifully presented options. I highly recommend the Kimpton Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Tokyo. The combination of warm service, top-notch facilities, and a perfect location makes this hotel an outstanding choice for both leisure and business travelers. I can’t wait to return!

Our 4 night stay was great! We opted for the included breakfast when we booked and it was such a good decision. The breakfast has a wide variety of selections and everything was made to order. The service was also great, such a friendly staff. I now want a morning energy shot everyday 😅 We had a king bed room and it was spacious for the 2 of us for 4 nights. I love the towels, such great quality. The vanity area was 👌👌👌👌👌 I appreciate the double sided mirror so we can each get ready at the same time, I loveeeee the way you can pull the walls and close off the entire bathroom, shower, sink area so it's private!! Excellent design choice. The staff overall are so nice and friendly! The front desk was very helpful and even helped me pack a box that I needed shipped locally. The area is convenient! Bus stop 51 is right around the corner and is better to get around than going to the Shinjuku station, less walking too.

We recently stayed at the Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo for four nights and were absolutely blown away. We did not know what to expect other than knowing it had glowing reviews, and we were welcomed into a sleek, modern atmosphere that felt like a perfect blend of Tokyo cool and Manhattan chic. The design is immaculate: clean lines, tasteful art, and a luxurious yet comfortable vibe throughout. The restaurant service and waitstaff truly stood out, thanks in large part to Antoine. He truly made our experience one of a kind. I also wanted to give Alex and the front desk team a shoutout, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Both were incredibly personable, full of great energy, and extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhood. Their local recommendations led us to some amazing spots we otherwise would have missed! We enjoyed daily breakfast, which was fresh, well-curated, and a great way to start each day. And the rooftop bar? A must-visit. Great cocktails, attentive bartenders, and a fantastic view made it a perfect place to unwind in the evenings. This was our first time staying at Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo, but it definitely won’t be our last. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, welcoming, and well-located stay in Tokyo. We would give it six stars if we could! It’s one of the highest rated hotels in Tokyo for a reason!
