Kimpton Theta New York Times Square by IHG

We stayed here for five nights and loved how close it was to the theatres and all the action of Times Square. The service of our room was fantastic, and while there weren’t kettles in the rooms, they kindly found one for us—maybe they don’t get many tea drinkers! Our room was really quiet and the beds comfy for our family. We tried breakfast upstairs on our first morning, but it was quite expensive for what it was. We’d recommend heading up the road to Carnegie Cafe instead for a better breakfast option. Overall, a comfortable, well-located stay for exploring New York.

Great boutique hotel! The lobby smells exquisite. The rooms were spacious for NYC, clean and the daily service was lovely. The happy hour was a great end to the day too! The rooftop bar was a respite from the loud city. The hotel is just a block from Times Square and a few from Central Park.

From check-in to check-out the service was fantastic! The room was large for NYC and very clean. The beds were so comfortable! The housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the free Happy Hour in the lobby and then headed upstairs to the Rooftop Bar (Bar Sprezzatura). There is seating outside to enjoy the fantastic skyline. Great location to Times Sq, 5th Ave and Rockefeller Center. I highly recommend this hotel for a family, or a couples get away!
