King Evelthon Beach Hotel & Resort

⸻ A very good and large hotel with spacious rooms. An amazing, huge pool. The hotel staff is incredible, always providing service with a smile and at a high standard. It’s a bit of a shame that the water park is located outside the hotel and that drinks are not included in the all-inclusive deal. However, the water park is amazing and fun, suitable for all ages from one to one hundred.

It was a quick getaway and it was a quite good choice. Ms. Tatiana and Ms. Angela at the reception were so accommodating and kind. Food options were more than enough and the quality pretty descent. Best thing the all inclusive and with the private pool if you want some quiet times which still depends on your neighbours as well. Gum facilities were pretty good and the spa stuff was very polite and welcoming

We have just finished our week off here, myself, my partner and our 2 year old. The hotel is far from a 5*, although there is so much potential. Before we arrived I had emailed asking for some milk to be left in our room as it was a late arrival. I had email responses advising this would be fine and they would get this arranged (had it done plenty of times at other hotels with no issues). However we were told they wouldn’t do this and we would just need to go the bar. Our son unfortunately became sick on our second night covering our bed and pillows, my partner went to reception at 3am to ask for a spare sheet just so we could have something til morning. We again were told they couldn’t help and handed him 2 towels. The morning staff were very apologetic and the room was soon sorted, so this wasn’t such an issue the next day. And just to finish off, we asked 3 days before our final day to have late checkout as not leaving til later on, again this was confirmed that we could have the room till 5pm. We went to check to make sure this still okay, and thank god we did as they have no notes of this and they can’t guarantee they can help us. Overall the staff haven’t been all that helpful, there is lots that could be improved. The food has been great and the water park is fun for the little ones. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
