King Gorgasali Hotel

What really makes this hotel special … the personnel … always so friendly, always ready to help, always withe a smile. And yes, Tbilisi suffered from a water-outage during our stay - not the hotels fault- a leak that n the main water system- the staff did everything they could to keep us informed and predict the timing for a solution - with a smile there again and with some of the toutists being not that ‘friendly’ and ‘understanding’ - the staff kept the helping attitude. Great staff !!! And my excuses for the misbehaviour of some touristes.

The hotel was amazing and gave us such a memorable experience for our first visit to Tbilisi. It was very clean and had the best tourist location — we could reach many attractions without needing a taxi. Mr. Aram at the reception was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful.

I have to firstly give a big shout out to the absolutely wonderful Mr Aram, from reception 🤩 He is such a kind and attentive person, who at the end of my stay felt like a friend. Thank you! Then, the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the location is absolutely perfect! However with the location comes a cost- a lot of noise. At least from mine. Not only from the street, but also the vibrations and sound from the corridor / other rooms. Had to sleep with earplugs. It’s also a bit stuffy inside and the shower goes extreme hot/cold constantly so it’s a bit annoying. But not life or death! Breakfast was quite similar everyday, but very tasty and decent options. Plus, the lady working there helped me while I wanted to prep some food for the strays and was very friendly and warm 🥰
