The hotel is clean and personnel is good, but it needs desperately of a good renovation. Not so near to main Astana attractions but it is comfortable. Bathroom has a hot tub probably from the soviet era and the sofa had some writings (must take care of these details)
Poor king, friendly and helpful front desk. Rooms need attention, bad beds, bad tubs in the bath, bad A/C, poor choice of breakfast although the servers and the kitchen tried to do better. I will find other places to stay next time.
The service was really bad. We had to pay more than 80 euros to do some laundry. The staff didnt even know it was possible to do laundry at the hotel, and came up with crazy prices afterwards. The service at the reception was really bad, when discussing the issue. They didnt show any pricelist and the english of laundry staff is bad. Also the rooms are nothing special and the breakfast lacks taste. Dont go to this hotel. Kazakh people are friendly, but here they try to screw you over to earn money.
