We had a great experience staying at The King Plaza. At the reception, Miss Shirin was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. She guided us very well and made our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Her professional and friendly attitude truly made us feel welcomed. Highly recommended!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at King Plaza in Tashkent, and I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for, but I must give special praise to Aynura and Munira at the reception desk. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness truly elevated our experience. Aynura and Munira went above and beyond to ensure my parents were comfortable throughout their stay. They checked in on them regularly, making sure every detail was perfect, from room preferences to any small requests. Their warm smiles and helpful attitude made my parents feel like they were at home, which meant the world to us. It’s rare to find such dedicated staff who treat guests like family, and their efforts turned our trip into something truly memorable. The hotel itself is fantastic—clean, modern, and well-located—but it’s the exceptional service from Aynura and Munira that sets King Plaza apart. Thank you for making our stay so special! Super room comfortable and extremely happy, helpful and cheerful staff. Their breakfast was great and staff spoke English which was very helpful. Enjoyed our stay there
