Hello everyone. I would like to thank the hotel staff for hosting us very nicely. And especially Mr. Shuki who asks and cares for all our comfort. The hotel is in an amazing and beautiful place and it looks out towards the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights. The food in the dining room is delicious and served very respectfully. The room service is excellent. We receive what we asked for immediately. On behalf of myself and my wife, I thank and appreciate it very much. Happy Holidays

The major issue I had was getting stuck in the elevator for more than 5 minutes. It was about 6am and my 2 year old was awake. We went for a little walk and getting into the elevator I accidentally pressed 1 instead of 6 (floor 6 connected to the lobby). The elevator does open on the first floor to show input construction - floors and walls down to the concrete. Realizing my mistake I pressed floor 6 and the doors closed. They would not reopen and the display showed "8". I pressed the emergency button but nothing happened and no one heard. I tried praying the open door button and other for buttons but nothing worked. Then I tried praying the door open and yelling for help but no one came. I could only open the doors a few inches and got my arms and legs all bruised in the process. When I finally felt the elevator start moving I was so relieved. I went to the front desk to report the daily not no one was there. I told the security guard and he went to check things out. I told the from desk position at check out what happened and there was no acknowledgment it anything. Bring sick in an elevator with a 2 year old is not fun, not to mention the huge bruises on my arms and legs. Or stay was not all bad. The room was small but just what I needed for a 2 night stay with my mom and my 2 young kids. We opted to pay for breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food was really good and had stuff my kids liked and my vegetarian mom liked. The chef was really kind, like a grandfather, and even brought my kids a little glass of fruit salad he had prepared. The pool was a lot of fun too, but only the kiddie pool is shaded and the pool area is not accessible to strollers. There is the mall only 7 min drive away if you forgot something, and there are a lot of beaches in the area. We opted for Hokuk. Except for the elevator situation, my kids had a great time.
