Kingdom Hotel

I have been here several times before heading to other towns of Peru. After having arrived from Cusco today at 10:30 a.m. I could not take any meal at the hotel's restaurant. It was denied without arguments and apologies. How is it possible to limit guest's rights to healthy meal at the hotel of 4 stars? I was obliged to wait with my hunger till I got a bit later to the airport to check in for my next flight.

Dirty broken king suite . The room was dirty especially the sofas and the lights in the room were broken . The sauna in the bathroom was also broken . There was no curtain for the tub , so water gets everywhere if you want to take a quick shower . The people at the desk were rude and slow , and worst of all the hotel was nearly empty and yet they gave me one of the worst rooms ... The worst king suite they had .

I have never felt more unsafe. I couldn’t recommend this place less. I would never stay here again. They had to give me three different rooms due to the party music and broken air conditioners and fans. Third room I got, I stepped on a broken shard of glass that I couldn’t get out of my foot until I returned home, while the worst part of all, someone entered my room at 5am, slammed the door, and ran away. As a solo female traveler, I was TERRIFIED. I had no clue what was going on, if someone had been standing over me as I slept, if my things were stolen. I freaked out screaming running into the hallways asking a maid for help. They called to reception for them to come and help. Nobody called or came until I called the front desk demanding for assistance for over 5 minutes. Someone came up and just said “sorry, must’ve been an accident”. I demanded for someone to give me answers. The lady said she was going to call someone and come back to my room, and never did. I didn’t sleep at all due all of these factors so I don’t even know how I can even say I “stayed” here. I went down to the front desk around 10am for checkout and to get answers. The front desk ladies proceeded to laugh at me (which I have a photo of) and shrug. I told them over and over I had a flight to catch and really need to speak with someone. After 20 minutes, a man approached me and told me he would contact Expedia for a refund for me, took my phone number, and I still have not heard from him.
