Kings Arms

Visited on business, so no idea of the rooms. New landlord recently taken over and the atmosphere is so much nicer than previously, live music is a particular attraction.

Parking is away from the venue, but only a short walk. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Feel safe as a single female to enter. Locals are friendly and have a good laugh. Rooms need a small refresh (like a coat of paint, nothing more), but are comfy, well appointed and clean.

lovely typical pub bar. This dinner time has live music, very easy listening with singer having very pleasant voice. Staff attentive and friendly. Pub serves pub food which although not tried looks fine.
