For the price - $200.00 per night w a lot of fees - I wasn't impressed. Double room. Despite being relatively new construction, the floors, walls, windows we obviously not insulated. Temps were in low 30°s (Fahrenheit) over night. A wall heater and an additional portable radiator heater barely warmed the room. The bed had sheets and a light coverlet. There was 1 down style duvet in the closet. Using all of that I still had to wear 2 sets of pyjama's to be warm enough. I received a text asking about cleanliness before I arrived. Upon arrival I responded bc there were a couple cleaning issues - if a lodging us going to charge cleaning fees, I expect unquestionable clean. A representative reached out but asked questions for a room other than the one I was actually staying in. They said they'd send a representative. At this point it was after 10 pm and as a solo female traveler that was not safe for me. They never offered a discount for the cleaning issue. I've had similar problems w properties represented by Vacasa. I won't stay in another.
We rented room 5 at this place through Vacasa. By the way, this is our second and definitely last experience with Vacasa. First time, they just canceled our trip without any reasonable explanations. Once we came, we found cold and dirty room with some evidences of bugs (take a look at the attached pictures). Their air heater looks like a joke. There is a gap between the room's door and floor that makes the room even colder. I canceled the reservation right away because it is not safe to stay with kids in this place, especially, in winter, but they said it is not refundable. Their trip insurance doesn't work in this case. So I paid over $500 for nothing. Eventually, I needed to rent a hotel room in another hotel to safe my trip. Think twice before going there, especially, with kids.
Read the reviews. I wish I did. But then they deleted mine so... good luck. Supposed to be three beds however, one sofa bed was totally bent metal and would not fold out or back in, the other had no sheets and no blankets. We called their number as soon as we got inside the room to ask for help. Nobody got back to us. It’s been three days and 5 more calls to them and they’ve not gotten back to us.. Not enough blankets, no sheets on one bed and none in storage. No pillow cases on 4 pillows. I had to clean the shower drain myself after it pooled up while my children showered. 1 tide pod for 3 days of dishes. Iced over steps, toilet ran all night, spot lights from outside shining into our eyes in our bed. Who can we contact about this? Now the manager is lying and saying that they came to our room and we refused sheets and blankets. Really? It was literally freezing outside and very cold inside. The customer service is non existent at best and then they call you a liar. Wow. The worst customer serve that i've ever gotten anywhere. We have called them around 7 times now, sent photos and emails and asked for a refund. We didnt get a return call from them for 4 days. Amazing.
