What a great place for a family of four. Lift stops are right in front of property and the manager goes above and beyond for her customers. Sauna and hot tub great for all ages. Location is perfect. We cooked our dinner at the condo every night thanks to a fully equipped kitchen.
We stayed here for a week the check in was easy the desk staff was very friendly and helpful. After checking out my husband remembered he forgot his wedding ring on the nightstand, we were already at the airport. The manager Mary Lou went to the room personally and found the ring. She boxed it and mailed it priority to us and did not charge for the shipping.
This was a disaster. To start with we had a very long journey to get here and the front desk checked us into a dirty room which was already occupied. I had to go back to the front desk to get a new room. Now with new room which is across the other side of the property I had to get all my luggage and two children down the stairs and walk all the way to other side. Imagine carrying three carryons and two duffle bags down the stairs and across to the other side of the property. Now comes the worst part no hot water for more than a day. Called the emergency line but no one picked up. I got hold of them in the morning and still no hot water. With 15 degree weather with no hot water it was crazy. We turned on the dishwasher and it started leaking all over the kitchen. We booked the room for 5 people. They didn’t have extra bedding ready. I had to walk again all the way to the front desk and get extra bedding. No extra towels. No shampoo. No coffee pods. Dust all over the cabinets. Loud jumping noises all night from the floor above. We couldn’t sleep. We can clearly hear people talking late night from other rooms. And the trains passing by the property all night didn’t help either. We ended up checking out a day early and leave the property. Update: while we were waiting in the lobby for our ride to airport manager stop by and asked us if we were checking in. I told her we are checking out and leaving early. She asked for the room number. And before I even talked to her she turned around and left rudely while I was talking. Either she couldn’t hear me or probably she thought I was about to ask her something because I said we were checking out early. She didn’t even bother to ask why we were leaving early or how our stay was.
