Kings Gate Motel

Myself and my family stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights and paid close to $1000. Prior to booking the online photos looked good. However the photos are misleading and did not resemble the room we stayed in. Our room was very dated and dirty. We didn't get our room fully serviced for the duration of our stay. Our towels were changed once and a bag of rubbish was left in the middle of the lounge. The bathroom soap dispenser was empty and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. The motel needs a refurbishment from the ground up. This motel is worth $100 per night not $270. The owners are false advertising and taken advantage of non locals and tourists. I would advise not staying in this motel until the owners fully refurbished it!

This would be the worst Motel we have ever stayed in. Certainly didn't match their advertising. It needs demolished and the grounds landscaped. Where the clothesline was it was absolutely disgusting with junk and dead shrubs piled up. The accommodation was shocking with stains around the toilet and shower where they had been leaking. I got up at 2am to get a drink and to my horror the kitchen bench was covered with tiny black insects scurrying around. Obvious the place needs fumigated. Our room wasn't serviced properly over the two days that we stayed and the bed wasn't even made (due to having a neck injury I couldn't make the bed). This Motel is charging exorbitant prices for a rundown facility.

This place was immensely atrocious and a terrible stay. I was enormously disgusted by the rate of service and the standards of care I received. I will not be staying again. You were disappointing to say the least. The misleading images that you listed on google were entirely incorrect and untrue from the reality. This place certainly is in a downwards trajectory I will be giving u guys a frightful and grim word of mouth to fellow travellers on my socials. This place is so unhygienic and deceptive from online information that it should almost be paying customers to stay there. There should be a 0 star option. By a gargantuan customer you inconsiderate staff. As compensation I request a free delivery of your hotel amenities. This could be portrayed via legal action.
