Very warm welcome on arrival. I had booked in for a massage but they’d since closed the spa so offered me a free room upgrade ( from standard to superior) the room was beautiful and very clean and super comfortable bed. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the breakfast outstanding. All staff were friendly and professional, wonderful location. Thank you so much.

Stopped off for lunch. The waitresses and kitchen staff went the extra mile for us, which made our visit truly delightful. The food was perfection - a big thankyou to the chef. The service was 95% as I believe there should always be room for improvement. Relaxed dining area with plenty of room between tables. Attention to detail on the dining layout and table setting. All in all, it was a very pleasant memorable visit. We highly recommend if you're in Cirencester. We will be returning next time we are in the area.

We stayed for one night and had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Overall, fantastic location, quiet and nice (but not great) room, very varied service (from mostly amazing to once almost rude). Great climate control in room. Very expensive for what was offered. Minor niggles which I only mention because of the high price point of the room: - coffee machine in room didn’t work (needs descaling?) - extractor fan in bathroom didn’t work (window in bathroom wouldn’t open either) - coffee at breakfast comically bad (but breakfast otherwise very nice) - person at front desk would have overcharged us £70 because she couldn’t understand that we had prepaid the hotel £70 towards our dinner - it took her a long time and lots of back and forth to understand this - layout of rooms a complete rabbit warren and needs better signage (e.g. large staircase to nowhere)
