Had a great time at the casino! We didn’t stay at the resort but the casino itself was nice. The staff at the entrance was very nice and helpful. The casino was clean. The buffet was okay. Would come back!
We win 2 times Major Jackpot & the hotel was fully booked but Daria from the Reception organised wonderful room so we can stay, really thank you! Now we always coming back! Never sleeping so good! We are so happy also thanks to the Service from Rosella & Olga. Our 3 Angels from the Reception deserved 6 Stars. Feeling so good we bought also a New poker set with nice buttons and good quality chips with a good sale. Lets go for another stay
The room is very nice and clean, but the service for a room that costs €110 is below expectations. The receptionist told me that I need to pay €20 (casino entry on a Saturday) to get a coffee. Why isn't the fee included in the room? Way to send customers to a nearby gas station to get coffee and then go home instead of losing more money in the casino. Makes no sense. Service in the casino could also be improved a lot. Not once in two days have I been asked if I wanted something to drink and the only "waitress" that was close to me told me she isn't taking orders. Wow. 😳
