Kings Valley Medical & Spa Hotel

First the only reason I have put 4* for service is due to 2 members of the team - one bartender at the pool and one waitress (who deserve 0*) all the rest of the hotel staff were more than amazing! I’ve pointed the situation I had with them in the guest book and I hope the managers took the necessary measures my situation doesn’t repeat to anyone else. The hotel itself is a true 5* hotel - everything was amazing - lobby, rooms, gym, SPA amenities, pools, the quality of the food! I want to emphasize on it especially as I can compare it with another 5* hotel in which we had our next holiday and believe me the food in King’s Valley is exceptional! I truly hope you keep the level! The rooms were very clean and extra spacious, the housekeeping ladies were very quick but still doing amazing job! The waiters in the restaurant were very well trained! In general I can say only positive feedback about all the staff at the hotel! I hope they think about some activities for a little older kids (9-10 years old), otherwise the kids club was always full with small kids. I would always recommend the hotel and we hope to visit you again soon!

The Hotel and service were great the food for breakfast and dinner was well prepared and delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful with one little exception being the pool bar. The service there was a bit slow and the vibe was “I can’t be bothered with you” from everyone except one of the girl servers which was very kind and apologetic about the delays and they even forgot about orders (not ours but a woman that had ordered 40 minutes before us) which for the prices they were charging was unacceptable. The place is full on the weekend so if you are a single adult there with friends or a couple without kids and you want a quiet and relaxing 2-3 days I would suggest your visit not being on a weekend but sometime during the week because weekends are crowded with a lot of people most of which families with kids. If you are a family with kids the weekend is the perfect time for you there are many other children for your kids to play with and there are really shallow, kid friendly pools where you don’t have to worry about leaving your kid alone for a few minutes. Overall my experience was good I had a great time and would go there again just tweaking a few small things like not being there Friday and Saturday so it can be even more relaxing and maybe going to explore the city for lunch depending on do I want to move from the pool.😆

Very beautiful and luxury place. It’s well maintained. It’s great for families with kids or without… The food is very good and fresh. The pools are with different temperature- there are warm and cool… the thermal zone is very comfortable to use- it’s like a circle you follow, so you can’t do wrong:) The rooms are pretty comfortable and large. I recommend.
