Luxury hotel and very comfortable. The guest room provided two suitcase folding stands which were useful for traveller’s. Dinner service was excellent. Breakfast was also good although coffee was too bitter. Lobby atmosphere was crowded and noisy by the way.

We booked afternoon tea for our daughter's baby shower and we had a wonderful afternoon. The dietary requirements that we had within our group of 16 was not a problem and everyone really enjoyed their food. The staff were super helpful bringing a fan as we were all very hot as it was a super sunny day. Would definitely book again.

My husband received a £500 voucher for your hotel for his special birthday from his family. I booked what I thought was a top quality room due to the price you charge £350 & omg it was awful. It was very dated looked like the 70’s, no air conditioning just a fan which made a terrible noise & not safe to leave on. When we checked out we were told there was nothing to pay but didn’t even get the chance of a bill to see what it all cost. Very disappointed.
