Kingston Suites Bangkok

I had an amazing 2 week stay at Kingston Suites. The staff were very professional, kind and friendly. My room was spacious, clean, fresh towels and water daily ans sweet cleaning ladies who would make double sure of I needed housekeeping even though I was on do not disturb. I loved the location, it is central, within walking distance to pubs, bars and restaurants around the area including the BTS and Terminal 21 mall. It's located at a less busy section of the street, so my stay was peacfull. I highly recommend this hotel and a joyed the friendly banter with Paul, who was always ready to help or answer questions.

This was my second stay at Kingston Suites, and once again, the staff exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a team that not only remembers returning guests but also makes you feel like part of the family. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was warm and professional. Staff Member's Maii, Sunshine, Nicky and Madam Yoku at the front desk even remembered my name, a small gesture that meant a lot. The concierge gave great recommendations, and the housekeeping staff maintained the room with care and attention to detail. What really stood out to me was how genuine the team is. Their kindness doesn’t feel rehearsed or forced — they truly care about your comfort. It’s that level of service that brought me back, and it’s exactly why I’ll continue to return. Highly recommend Kingston Suites if you value personalized service and a welcoming atmosphere.

The location was excellent, conveniently close to popular and lively areas. The room was spacious and comfortable, though it could use some maintenance. There were no Indian food options at breakfast, and vegetarian choices were lacking. However, the staff was very kind and supportive, and the overall charges were budget-friendly.
