Nice clean no nonsense room. Good locaction for the short walk to Stockton Globe Theatre. Fantastic communication on lead up to stay.

I have never stayed in a B&B hotel before. They sent you an email with an access code and keys in the room. The staff was very cooperative and kind in the morning. The breakfast was served hot in the morning and cooked fresh. I asked for muffins, crossiant, and they arranged those as well. I have stayed in many 4-star hotels in the country, and the situation was very good here. The sheets were smelling nice, which means they were clean as well. Towels were packed as well. You can find iron and the stand on FF in the store room. Highly recommend. Parking is available on the front and back sides of the hotel.

I had business in Stockton and hotels were almost £100 per night. I found Kingswood and the reviews were positive so decided to take a chance. I am glad I did. The room, whilst small, was neat and tidy and had everything I wanted. There was tea and coffee, a TV, a compact en suite bathroom, towels and clean linen. The bed was perfectly comfortable too. The lady who greeted me upon arrival was very friendly as well. Just a short walk up the road were several restaurants and pubs for dinner. Communication was top notch with both emails and SMS confirming my booking. I cannot fault Kingswood - it was a great value stay and I will most definitely book again if I ever have cause to return to Stockton.
