Kinnettles Hotel And Spa

My husband and I enjoyed our stay while in St. Andrew's for a wedding. The front desk staff were helpful and professional. We also enjoyed the breakfast. We came in May and it was a little warm so we had to sleep with the windows open to cool the room at night after the warm day. It wasn't too bad with the street noise and having the fan on but just something to consider.

This a perfect location with calm decor, clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast is freshly made and delicious. The real stars are the staff. They are friendly ,helpful and want you to enjoy your stay. Great team

The Kinnettles is an utter ripoff. I don’t understand how they call themselves a 5-star hotel when there is no service provided whatsoever. There wasn’t even a bellhop to help us carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs (no elevator). Check in is run by a teenager who desperately requires training. The front desk incorrectly booked my spa appointment and promised me a refund that was never sent. Now they are ignoring my emails. To top it all off, the location on the street means terrible noise all night long and the windows bang from the wind. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
