Good place to stay. The hotel room is comfy. The shower water flow is super strong and satisfying after you had a long day. The highlight if definitely the breakfast. I opted for this hotel after my friend shared about the breakfast. The spread is alot until you just don’t know where to start. I really enjoyed my 1-night stay and will definitely come back again for the breakfast spread. The hotel location is also easy to find. The staffs are friendly and will always there to greet you.
SERVICES I made the booking through WhatsApp. Honestly, the replies were super slow, sometimes it took 5 to 6 hours to get a response. But credit where it's due: the receptionists were great. Always smiling, speaking clearly, super friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed. ROOM Nothing fancy… just a basic room. But I’ve got to give props for the water pressure. It was really strong and satisfying. ACCOMMODATIONS The pool and gym on level 4 were pretty nice. The pool area was beautifully decorated with a relaxing vibe, and I got a lovely view of Bandar Ipoh. The gym didn’t have a ton of equipment, but it was enough to get a decent workout in. BREAKFAST This was the highlight. Seriously, SO GOOD. Tons of choices, and everything tasted great (at least for my taste buds, others might feel differently). The nostalgic atmosphere, soothing old-school music, and city view made the whole breakfast experience even better. Conclusion? Definitely worth a repeat visit!
Firstly the air conditioning was noisy and the room was warm. The knocking sound from the air conditioning was disruptive. Upon further checking, the sheets were also not clean. There was a shoe mark on the sheets thus cementing further that the hotel is not clean! With 2 kids in tow we were forced to change rooms at 12.30 am. In the morning, there was a cockroach at the coffee machine at the breakfast restaurant! However no further action was taken no apology by the breakfast staff who was stonefaced. Although the management front staff was apologetic it was a horrid experience
